WEEE RoHS Policy

EqualLogic is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the European Union's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives.

EqualLogic has plans and processes in place to comply with the WEEE directive by August 13, 2005.

EqualLogic has plans and processes in place to comply with the RoHS directive by July 1, 2006. RoHS substances will be eliminated or reduced to levels below legal limits for all EqualLogic products sold in the EU, except where we must take an exemption as allowed by the EU RoHS directive.

EqualLogic is committed to supporting European regulations on environmental compliance.
