EqualLogic Ships PS Series Software Update
Auto-Snapshot Manager with Smart Copy for Microsoft SQL Server now available
Nashua, N.H.—September 13, 2007- EqualLogic®, a leading provider of high-performance iSCSI storage area network (SAN) solutions, today announced that the PS Series Software’s Auto-Snapshot Manager with Smart Copy is now shipping and available for download.
The new Smart Copy function produces rapid, host-integrated snapshots, clones and replicas of Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft SQL Server, to help IT administrators improve backup, recovery, maintenance and testing procedures.
Customers with valid support agreements can download Auto-Snapshot Manager with Smart Copy for Microsoft SQL Server and NTFS software free from EqualLogic’s
customer support site.
