• Maintained 40 percent sequential quarterly sales growth over the last three years.

• Acquired more than 1,400 customers in 30 countries around the globe in a broad range of industries, including application service providers, broadcast media, communications, energy, financial services, government, healthcare, higher education, legal services, and manufacturing.
• Increasing number of new customers added each quarter – 265 customers in the second quarter alone. Select new customers include China Provincial Gansu TV, Dartmouth College, Department of Defense/U.S. Marine Corps, Foster’s Group, HCC Insurance Holdings, House of Blues, Kane County Illinois, Nippon Engineering College, Nokia, Patagonia, Peapod, Timberland, U.S. Geological Survey, Weinman Geoscience, Yamato Systems, ZOOTS and others.

Partner Growth

• Maintained steady recruitment and growth of quality channel partners worldwide, currently at more than 400 partners in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
• Joined the VMware Technology Alliances Program as part of an ongoing effort to fully integrate EqualLogic storage with VMware’s virtual infrastructure solutions. Working with more than 100 joint EqualLogic/VMware channel partners to service customers who have deployed PS Series SANs and VMware virtual infrastructure together to create more responsive and easy-to-manage IT operations.

Industry Analyst Validation

• Ranked number two in worldwide iSCSI SAN terabytes shipped in 2005, according to the most recent IDC report on worldwide disk storage systems: Worldwide Disk Storage Systems 2006-2010 Forecast and Analysis, May 2006, #201596.
• Ranked number two with 15 percent of the overall iSCSI SAN market, while becoming the largest provider of pure-play iSCSI disk arrays in 2005, according to a leading analyst firm.
• Received a strong rating in a recent industry report covering the iSCSI SAN market (see related press release, “EqualLogic Rated Positive in MarketScope for iSCSI SAN Market”).

Product Evolution

• Introduced Version 3.0 of the PS Series storage array firmware, delivering more choice and control to storage managers by introducing multiple pools of storage in a single SAN.
• Introduced the new PS400E, the first iSCSI storage array to employ 750 gigabyte Barracuda ES enterprise SATA disks from Seagate, designed to meet the mounting storage requirements of today’s medium-to-large businesses.
